Driver dead in single-vehicle crash in Haldimand County

Ontario Provincial Police are investigating after a driver died ina single-vehicle crash inHaldimand County Friday.

OPP say investigation into fatal collision underway

Ontario Provincial Police are investigating after a driver died ina single-vehicle crash inHaldimand County Friday.

In a news release Friday, police said emergency crews responded to the collision on Mississauga Road at around 1:30 p.m.

They say the vehicle reportedly left the roadway located on the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation before the collision.

When officers arrived, they found a driver without vital signs. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. No other information on the victim has been released at this time.

An investigation is underway into the collision, OPP said. Roads were temporarily closed for police investigation Friday.
